Faithful Families: Creating Sacred Moments at Home

Faithful Families: Creating Sacred Moments at Home - Trinity Episcopal is hosting this new "book club style" Sunday School class for parents and grandparents! Director of Children's Ministry, Kathryn Scoggins, will facilitate this class with the help of volunteers. This book club style class is based on the book Faithful Families: Creating Sacred Moments at Home by Traci Smith. If you want faith to be an integral part of your daily home life but know where to begin, or even if you feel like you've got a good handle on that but need some new ideas and inspiration, this is the class for you! Come learn how to add family faith moments to your routine with little or no prep, and share meaningful spiritual experiences often with your children! The author offers ways to discover and develop new spiritual practices as a family, whether you're a new seeker or a lifelong follower. Faithful Families is brimming with easy, do-it-yourself ideas for transforming regular moments into sacred moments. So come get comfy with us; there's a spot on the couch with your name on it upstairs in Room 5!

*Books will be available for purchase in the Parish Office for $15, or you may order a book on your own online.

The class will run Aug. 20-Oct. 8
