As part of the celebration of St. Thomas' 60th Anniversary, they are participating in a new initiative with Habitat for Humanity which aims to help homeowners renovate their homes so they can remain in them. They will partner with a homeowner in the Boxwood community to do outside renovations, painting and yard beautification. Jobs include painting trim and handrails, building 3 handrails, light carpentry, replacing siding in one area, replacing doors, clearing fences, building a flowerbed and edging grass. Volunteers are also needed to purchase supplies and provide food and drink during the work days. On site volunteers must be 16 years or older.
