The Harris County Remembrance Project
In the Episcopal faith tradition we practice Lent, a special time to reflect on God's mercy and grow closer to the Lord. And what I am going to invite you to today, has everything to do with reconciliation.
Whether you practice Lent or not, I invite you to join us at our next Striving for Justice session Feb. 25, where we will gather with friends from the Harris County Remembrance Project. The Community Remembrance Project Harris County Georgia is committed to memorializing those whose lives were taken unjustly in terror lynchings in the county with a contemplative park and historical marker in the heart of Hamilton.
We hope you can join us on Sunday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church in Hamilton!
